I dont want to turn one

This is Deiderik not happy to be turning one!! He didn't want to touch his cake and didn't want to eat it either. We did get him to stop crying and finally try to eat his cake it was very funny.

Holy Lobster Batman

Can we say holy lobster batman!! This big guy was given to us by a friend who received two from a client who wanted to thank him for some work so they sent him two huge lobsters fresh from Main...and we got to cook him. He came live. So we stuck him in our little kiddie pool with salt in it. We didn't know how to cook him so we called our mom's and got the scoop. It sure was yummy so much we couldn't eat it all so we shared with the family. Paxton was a little scared at first but he gave in and ate him with us!!

This is proof that i really did make it to the top of Mt Timp this is at 11 thousand feet up...

So its taken me 30 years to hike to the top of timp..and no i know why that was unreal!! I am sure that its July 25th but yet my brother is making me get all dressed in snow clothes to push me down a glacier...yes a glacier, anyone who has not done this should it was scary fun and not what it looks like you just sit and slide and hope you are alive at the bottom..

Never mess with a boy and his dirt..I am not sure what made Paxton more happy. Being in the dirt and not having to wash it off, or seeing his favorite person Buzz Light Year, its a tough call but I am going for dirt. He cant stay out of it at our house and he was more than happy to play in the sand for hours. This kid could live in the sand if we let him.

Deiderik had his first Halloween this year. He stayed in the stroller the whole time, but had a good time with all the kids 12 in all in our group. After a while Paxton joined him too much walking. This was the first year in about 10 that it did not rain, or snow. For that matter Samantha was able to have a short sleeved outfit that never happens.

Samantha is our mean lean soccer player. I knew she would have some skills but the girl can play and gets mad if anyone beats her. She loves to play and will do what it takes to win. Mom and dad have had to teach her its ok to loose she doesn't like that answer but what 6 year old does?
